Ukrainian nationalists continue lustration of authorities

March 25, 2015 so called the "Opposition Bloc" (pro-Putin's political organisation) has been registered by the Department of Justice in Ivano-Frankivsk region, contrary to the requirement of Art. 37 of the Constitution of Ukraine, this is an act of separatism promoting and support of Russian occupation of Crimea and destruction of Donbass region.

"Opposition bloc" is the transformation of the "Party of Regions" - the main political force of the Yanukovych regime whose activity is characterized by:

- total corruption and theft of of the state property;

- voting for "the dictatorial laws" on January 16, 2014;

- involvement in the murder of the Heavenly Hundred;

- sabotage of mobilization activities in the country;

- promoting of terrorism and separatism in eastern Ukraine, which leads to total destruction of the region and killing of thousands of local residents;

In particular, Head of the registered branch of the "Opposition bloc", head of the "Social Dialogue" public organisation and member of the Party of Regions - Svetlana Ivanova was co-organizer of the so-called "telebridge between terrorist organisation LPR and Ivano-Frankivsk". This action was aimed to legitimization of  the terrorist organisation "Lugansk Peoples Republic", encroachment to the territorial integrity of Ukraine and require for legal assessment by the Security Service of Ukraine.

Despite these facts, the Department of Justice in Ivano-Frankivsk region represented by its chairman Vasily Kavatsyuk have registered the "opposition bloc", this fact is an attempt to legalize the Kremlin`s "fifth column" on the Ivano-Frankivsk region, is a threat to national security of Ukraine.

With the support of Ivano-Frankivsk citizens we are opposed to activity or existence of any groups and organizations of pro-Russian orientation, including the Party of Regions, the Opposition Bloc and the Communist Party of Ukraine.

Our requirements:

- to the General prosecution - to cancel the registration of "Opposition bloc".

- to the Security Service - to take legal measures to Svetlana Ivanova and its partnership with the separatist organisations.

- We demand the dismissal of Vasily Kavatsyuk from the post of Chief of Justice in Ivano-Frankivsk region and related personnel decisions in the whole structure according to the "Law on lustration".

Also an Educational work was performed with mr. Kavatsyuk by the Right Sector activists as part of the action "Clean Thursday".
