ANASTASIA "LISA" GORBACHEVA, THE SCOUT OF "RIGHT SECTOR" FELL DEFENDING UKRAINE
A very brave scout that spend all fall and winter walking on enemy minefields like it was a wooden floor. A humble and good soul.
Ignoring the congenital heart disease, the tall and thin Lisa stood out because of her unwomanly endurance. She could easily walk 10km with 20-30kg. She knew how to WALK - priceless and the most important quality of a frontline spy. She was an athlete, particularly good at biathlon, thus she was able to shoot quickly and accurately. However, she did not become a sniper due to her temperament and instead she became a paramedic shooter.
She wore a fox tail on the back of her helmet. At one time, this tail saved a couple of lives. Our intelligence group exited and they were supposed to be picked up by army soldiers with a BMW. Among them were two UVS soldiers, including Lisa.Due to a misunderstanding, the BMW driver showed up at the wrong place and the wrong time, not as it was agreed. Our intelligence people mistaked our soldiers for “separatists” and the commander almost blew the BMW up with a grenade. At the last moment seconds before the firing, he saw a red tail on the helmet of one of the soldiers...
Lisa underwent two concussions. The first - in the fall when she covered by “grad” in Vodyane, the second - in the winter when our base was attacked and the explosion injured my foot, it broke her ribs and gave her another concussion.
Nastya had a tough destiny. Her father died early and her mother had many children since she was so poor, she had to send her children to boarding school and pick them up only on weekends. When she grew up, Nastya became a nurse, then a saleswoman on the market, the last few years she also took care of her sick mother. Shortly before the war, her mother passed away. Her death had a big effect on Nastya. If it wasn’t for her mother’s death, she probably would not have went to fight.
On the frontline, Lisa found her love, created a family and got pregnant… During the first months of pregnancy, she would still go with the intelligence groups to the enemy territory. She was absolutely crazy, feared nothing, did not care about her own health. She repeated many times that she will die young and that idea did not make her sad. However, she believed that she will survive the war and dreamed that we will all meet in a house high up in the Carpathian mountains where she was allowed to stay by her old coach…
As it turns out, we will not meet…
Rest in peace, sister.
