UKRAINIAN BORDER GUARDS WERE FIRED FROM THE TERRITORY OF RUSSIA
On Thursday, February 8, posstions of the Ukrainian Army units, that provide protection of the state bourder, were fired from the territory of Russia. This was reported by the ATO headquarters press center.
"Today, around 12:30, a provocative shelling with the use of small arms in the direction of units providing protection of the state border of Ukraine was carried out from the district of Uhakivka settlement (territory of the Russian Federation). The military was not injured." reads the report.
"We emphasize that this shelling from the adjacent territory grossly violates the regime of the State Border and endangers the lives of servicemen," the headquarters note.
Worth nothing it's not the first time when the shelling of Ukrainian territory from across the border the Russian Federation is fixed. Clearly, that it isn't last such incident, since Russian military command feels its absolute impunity for crimes against independent countries. After all, it is a compromisable attitude of Ukrainian military command towards Russian provocations what has triggered the Russian invasion first of all.
