FIGHTING IN DONBASS CONTINUES AT THREE DIRECTIONS, UKRAINE'S FORCESS SUFFERED LOSSES BUT DESTROYED THE TERRORISTS' OBSERVATION POST

Over the past day, 28 facts of the ceasefire violation by the Russia-guided terrorists was fixed, including 2 cases of using heavy mortars; 1 Ukrainian soldier was killed, 4 more wounded. This was reported by the Joint Forces Operation press-center on May 27.

It is noted that active clashes keep taking place in the Lugansk, Donetsk and Mariupol directions.


"The Joint Forces units had been conducing active defence actions and giving an adequate response along the entire contact line," the report says. 

The invaders resorted to provocative actions in the areas of Krimske and Novotroitsk villages, which are in Luhansk oblast. Attacking Ukraine's forces positions near Krimsky the enemy deliberately shelled an area located in close proximity to the civil settlement.

According to the inteligence data, in result to an accurate responce the Joint Forcess destroyed a command and observation post of a battalion of the so-called 4th separate motor rifle brigade of the DPR. The enemy suffered losses - 4 dead and 5 wounded, the JFO press-center report reads.

Active fighting continued throughout the day in the areas of settlements Luganske, Pivdenne, Krasnogorivka, Kamjanka, Shirokine.
