RUSSIA'S ALLIES REFUSED TO HOLD MILITARY PARADES ON MAY 9
Belarus and Kazakhstan, Russia's allies and members of the Kremlin's Eurasian Union refused to hold traditional for post-Soviet area military parade on May 9. Moreover the governments of both countries have decided to refuse using of orange-black ribbon (used by the Kremlin-backed terrorists in Ukraine) as a symbol of the Soviet feast of the "Victory Day."
Recently, Belarusian authorities officially refused to conduct military parade and procession of veterans. They added that such measures are aimed, first of all to care of health of elderly participants of the World War 2, who symply cannot join the action. At the same time Minsk officials refused to use fake veterans as the Kremlin usually do.

At the same time Kazakh authorities is going to change the date of holding its annual military parade from May 9 to the day of Kazakhstan's independence on December 16.
For the first time in the history of independence of these states, their official government refuses to conduct any military marches or demonstrations on this day.
