THE MOREL PLAN OR HOW THE WEST CALL UKRAINE FOR SURRENDER

The Morel Plan is a document, that provides conducting elections on territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which are currently controlled by the Kremlin-backed terrorist groups. Officially, the plan, proposed by Pierre Morel is a kind of compromise, aimed to settle the conflict in the Donbass. In fact, a roadmap, proposed by the French diplomat includes itself measures, which will result to providing legal status for the Donbass terrorist leaders.
The Morel Plan provides for the adoption of a number of special laws by the Ukrainian Parliament on local elections on the territories, controlled by the Kremlin-backed terrorists and the Russian forces, moreover, it goes without saying, that the Ukrainian sides wouldn't be able to hold proper control over the election process. The essence of this humiliating and absurd "compromise" is that these "elections" have to be held under Ukrainian law, but at the same time the election process, in that case, would be completely held under the Kremlin rules. And after some time, as apparently mr Morel expects, the plan implementation would open the way to setting up a full-fledged "political dialogue" (Good Lord! Once again - he say about POLITICAL DIALOGUE WITH TERRORISTS! In this case why mr Morel doesn't proposed the French government to start political dialogue with the ISIS terrorists after attacks in Paris?), that would result for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements.

In fact, implementation of this plan is tantamount to capitulation of Ukraine, and its adoption would literally mean a spit to the exploit of thousands of brave Ukrainian warriors, who have fought and died for the freedom of their Motherland. At the same time, it is clear, that this proposition is a test for strength for the Ukrainian legislation, a kind of trial balloon; and if the Ukrainian government will agree to adopt the Morel Plan, the enemy will use it to destabilize situation in other regions of Ukraine with using of terrorist groups, as they had been trying to do in Odessa, Kharkiv and Zaporizhia.
Only the Ukrainian nation has the right decide the fate of the Ukrainian state - this is an axiom! Foreign forces are considering our country only as a sphere of influence, and they do not care about the future of Ukraine and its people. And silence of the Ukrainian society is unacceptable because it would be considered as the people's approval of the act of bowing the nation's head. Ukrainian nation has to say straight its "NO" in the case if the government will join the way of reconciling with new incarnation of our eternal enemy.
