The court session in the case of the DUC Right Sector surgeon - Friend "Miller" took place in Shevchenko`s District Court of Kyiv.

The history of this case is extremely absurd and outrageous. "Miller," 20-year-old patriot, physician from the 'Hospitallers" medical battalion of the DUC Right Sector, January 1, arrived in Kyiv to join the march to mark the anniversary of the birthday of Stepan Bandera.

During the solemn march he saw a "journalists" of Russian propagandist channel "LifeNews" which filmed the faces of nationalists using offensive anti-Ukrainian comments in their address. As a real patriot, "Miller" made comments and asked them to stop. But "journalists" have ignored his request and continued to incite conflict. So medic was forced to cover the camera by the hand. Then Russian "journalist" took the phone and began to filming him. Miller confiscated her phone with a view to give it to the Security Service to investigate.

Then these "journalists" have filed a lawsuit against the "Miller" on charges of theft and obstruction of a journalist. Russian TV channel "Life News" is a propaganda tool of the Kremlin, which works against Ukraine, they also working with terrorists in Donbass, but why Ukrainian police detained a patriots? 

Why Ukrainian law enforcers allow for Russian propagandists to working quietly in Ukraine, making anti-Ukrainian comments and reports. While the patriot from the "Right Sector", a military doctor, volunteer that saved the lives of our brothers in Donbass during a few months receives such "reward" for opposing to anti-Ukrainian information war?
