The international security system, which was established after the Second World War is based on two fundamental principles. The first - the states-winners of Germany becomes a global security grants. Recall that the permanent members of the Security Council is the United Kingdom, France, USA, China and Russia as the successor to the USSR. These states have agreed among themselves that each of them have the right to veto any Security Council resolutions. Exclusion any of the permanent members of the impossible at the same time in reason that each of them are permanent members. Does it mean that the permanent members realized the responsibility for world peace and abandoned military aggression? Experience says no. Each of the permanent members of the UN Security Council are involved in military aggression against sovereign states in one way or another since 1946. That is, in terms of "global security system" is nothing unique in the fact that one of the guarantors of security - Russia - commits military aggression against another sovereign state - Ukraine. This fact is unique only for us because it concerns us directly.

The second principle of global security - the principle of inviolability of state borders, formed after the Second World War. Permanent members of the Security Council are absolutely right accused each other that they are guided by double standards. There is no one of "guarantors" who was quite principled and consistent to the end in this matter. For example, Kosovo should remain a part of Serbia under this principle. And Russia is absolutely right, talking about it. On the other hand, in the example of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), Transnistria, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Crimea, Donbass we can see that sovereign borders is a rather conventional concept for Russia. In other words, national borders have not become holy, untouched thing in the world geopolitical games. For its major players first of all!

Thus, the two basic principles of global security is quite illusory. It can mean only one thing - even the "guarantors of global security" don`t take these principles seriously. And what in return? What really "works"?

Why Serbs lost Kosovo? Due to the low birth rate of Serbs compared with Albanians. Why Transnistria is nor Ukrainian no Moldovan? Why Armenians lost Artsakh, 90% populated by Armenians, and now they have to pay tribute for his independence from Azerbaijan in the form of the Russian military presence? 

One only rule worked for many centuries and will work in the future: The nation are living on the territories, which she able to protect. The rest of the "principles", "foundations", "international agreements" are used only as needed and in the required range. In this case - only in the interest of the strong one. It is necessary to know this, understand and be guided by it.
