ONE AMONGST THE CROWD
"Do you know what the main professional lesson we can make of the recent terrorist attack in London? No, there is nothing new I could say about radical islam. Here's what's really remarkable: an unarmed 47-year-old fan of the Millwall FC had boldly opposed to knife-wielding terrorists, while professional law enforcement officers were scattering. And here's the conclusion: in such extreme situations people are protected neither by civil rights, nor by epaulettes, safes with documents, seals, workbooks, counterintelligence and pistols, they protected by such kind of individuals of goodwill. I wish to you all to meet such people on your life's path, and what's more important - do not stay on the sidelines when they act as they can. To the bravery!" - Yury Mikhalchishin
During the brawl Roy Larner, that's the hero's name, was stabbed eight times.
"They entered the bar, all of a sudden they start pulling out knives, one’s trying to come to me with a knife, as I’m fighting him the other two have come to me then to help him. The three of them, I’m fighting them, and at the time I’m thinking of those families and kids who need to get out of the bar. It happened in about 45 seconds and as I’ve got them out they’ve been shot around me," Larner said in the interview to Daily Mail.
Few years ago, we had wrote about quite similar incident, that took place in Cologne, Germany, during the New Year celebration. Recall, on that night gangs of migrants staged mass outages in the German cities. Then we wrote about Ivan Jurcevic, a Croatian, who had saved local girls from a gang of migrants-rapers. Our civilisation will be saved neither by political mottos, nor by anti-immigrant rallies, but by such individuals, who have managed to preserve a noble chivalry spirit in their souls!
