"CEASEFIRE" CHRONICLES: 400 SHELLS AT UKRAINIAN POSITIONS LAST NIGHT


Four soldiers of the Right Sector Ukrainian Volunteer Cops and two soldiers of the Aidar battalion died, about 20 soldiers of the Right Sector UVC, Aidar and the Armed Forces were injured in result of massive shelling upon the Ukrainian forces positions near Avdyivka town. 

The ATO press-center reports on 49 mortar attacks by the Kremlin-backed terrorists last night - 24 at Mariupol, 19 at Donetsk and 6 at Luhansk sectors.

"The situation remained tense in the Donetsk sector. The Russian occupants opened fire from machine guns, grenade launchers, mortars and anti-aircraft guns near Avdyivka industrial zone. Moreover, the terrorists fired about 400 shells at Ukrainian soldiers near Avdyivka since 9 p.m. till midnight.

Opytne and Putylivska mine were also shelled with the terrorists' artillery. Maiorsk checkpoint was mortared twice. At the same time, Ukrainian strongholds at Zaitseve, Nevelske, Maiorsk were fired from machine guns, grenade launchers and mortars of various systems." - writes the report.

In Mariupol sector the Ukrainian strongholds wer mortared at the points of  Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Berezove, Novotroitske, while the strongholds near Hranitne, Taramchuk, Vodiane were fired from small arms, machine guns and large-caliber grenade launchers of various systems.

This evening, on June 12 the terrorists repeated mortar shells at Avdyivka, this time they have fired the city's residental area. the Press-center reports, that firing was carried out from the residential area of Donetsk city. 



This evening a few hundred of Kyiv residents participate at the Maidan square to honour the memory of the fallen defenders of Ukraine. Similar action took place in the cities of Dnipro and Uzhgorod. The commemoration action was initiated by the Right Sector activists, who lost their four comrades this night. Let's remember them!
