He was a qualified mechanic. A young, active, cheerful, self-confident and noble, Doc was a real man with strongly pronounced sense of honor and dignity. Among his friends - bikers Robert was known as "Bajo," a guy who was in love with his motorbike and often joked "I would marry my chopper if it would be a girl." Doc was brought up by his grandmother and aunt; before the outbreak of war he had lived a wealthy life and had a high-paying job.
When the war started he immediately passed a medical examination, collected all required documents and went to the local recruiting office. Robert had wanted to go to the Donbass as fast as it possible, but all he heard is "we will call you back." And sudenly he meet his old friend, a Right Sector activist, who told him about the RS Volunteer Corps. Very next day Robert started training at Zakarpattia's regional camp of the Right Sector.
A week later Robert officially became Friend "Doc," because he found himself a good doctor. Therefore it was decided to make him a field doctor, who was lacking in the battalion. So Robert started to improve his medical skills - he worked with instructor, read books and watched numerous video lessons. He studied the theory and honed skills on practice, he prepared mentally to work in a battlefield conditions.
Then there was a numerous raids to the frontline and participation in hostilities, his life became fierce and biker "Bajo" became an experienced field doctor with call-sign "Doc." He changed his bike and mechanic tools to a medical backpack and Kalashnikov. His hands were smeared not with engine oil, but with blood of wounded soldiers.
In fact Doc had saved many lives! He was a very cheerful person, who always knew how to cheer up his brothers in arms by a joke. He often said he will not leave the Right Sector and live peacefully until the enemy is on our land. He often said, that we have to revenge for every our fallen soldier.
He sacrificed his life for us to live and continue to fight, so we have to fight and make him proud of us!
As we noted above, a ceremony of farewell with Robert will take place in Kyiv and in the Zakarpattia region, in the city of Khust, where he lived.
Doc asked for one thing to decorate his grave with a couple of little living flowers instead of traditional big plastic wreaths.
