ILLUSION OF WEAKNESS - UKRAINE PRODUCES A FIRST-CLASS WEAPON

For last three years Ukrainians have listened stories about lack of weapons and extreme need the US to provide us arms. And all we need to receive it is to fulfill the requirements of the international community, ie to strictly implement the Minsk Agreements and become more tolerant and democratic to our enemy. In this case we will receive Javelins and the Kremlin's terrorists will be eliminated.

In this regard recall, that the world's largest exhibition of arms and military equipment Eurosatory 2016 has been held in France recently. According to its results the Ukrainian "Skif" and "Korsar" antitank missile systems, produced by the "Luch" design office, were among the best examples of weapons presented at the international exhibition. Worth note, that this is not the first time when the Ukrainian engineers demonstrate superior achievements in military technology. In fact Ukraine is among the world leaders in arms sales. However, our "partners" continue to tell us tales of "Javelins" ...

Undoubtedly, the FGM-148 Javelin is a wonderful example of a man-portable anti-tank missile system which has already proved its effectiveness. Moreover, it may be better, than the Ukrainian analogues for some indicators (Previously we made a short comparative article on this theme), but does this mean that those American anti-tank systems that are a key to for us to overcome the terrorists?The question is rhetorical. The fact is that so many myths about the importance of the US aid has been created. 

What conclusions can we make from the above? There are some forces, who are willing to achieve their own goals through blackmailing Ukrainians by themes of providing foreign military assistance, financial support and visa-free regime. The logic is simple and clear - all they need is to impose a myth, that we will not win without the US aid. And all we must to do to have this aid is to stop to defend ourselves; we must be tolerant to the terrorists and provide them rights; we have to respect deviants and multiculturalism; we must renew friendship with Russia. And, finally, we must do away with nationalism and eliminate all nationalist volunteer battalion from the frontline because they don't want to tolerate the invader!

Fortunately, more and more Ukrainians are beginning to see the real situation. In addition, the Ukrainian experience become a good lesson for whole East Europe. The conclusion is simple - there is no alternative to Intermarium!
