Christmas greetings from Dmytro Yarosh (the leader of the Right Sector)

Merry Christmas everyone! DUK Right Sector battalion

Taras Shevchenko wrote once:

about the evil ones,
who try to overlie my Ukraine in fire,
then wakes her, robbed.
It`s not indifferent for me. 

They tried to overlie Ukraine again after independence. However, the tyranny of those who wanted to rule our people, eventually led to the opposite effect - Ukraine revolted. She was robbed, disoriented, artificially divided. And in this condition she was destined to fall into the fire of war, unleashed by the Kremlin dwarfs. But despite this, the healthy instincts of self-preservation, desire to live and administer own destiny has prevailed. Ukraine woke up and fights, makes up for lost, paving his way to the future.

Our society were taught for over twenty years to the idea that Ukraine is already won everything that we struggled for - we have a democracy, the Constitution and "fair elections", so we don't need for revolutions anymore. But on the brink of 2013 and 2014 Ukrainians revolted, saying "No!" to frankly anti-national and anti-Ukrainian government. 

Our armed forces was destroyed during the twenty years. However, the warlike spirit, so natural for us, awaked in Ukrainians after the Moscow`s aggression. People have begun to focus on the truthful ideas and eternal values in this moment of crisis in our history. Our society has passed a way to consolidation, growth of patriotism, revival of national pride.

Rebellion on the Maidan ruined Yanukovych regime and change Ukrainian, Revolution awakened in us a sense owners of our own destiny in our own land. But only "cosmetic" changes was made in the system, structure did not change. The same people in this system now. However, positive transformations inevitably touched upon society and become a prerequisite for the fact that National Revolution will continue to complete victory. 

I am sure, that the political-military movement "Right Sector" creation is strategically important step for development of the historical process of our national consolidation. 

"Right Sector" emerged as a platform for consolidation of revolutionary-minded youth and obtaining tactical purposes. Now it is nationalist and state-organizational system: from the political party and the public organization to the battle-hardened Volunteer Ukrainian Corps DUK Right Sector. 

DUK Right Sector as an analogue of Zaporizhzhya Sich is actively fighting on the Eastern front since the spring of 2014 and becomes a significant factor on the front and in the rear without any help of state officials. DUK battalion becomes a reliable support for Ukrainian Armed Forces, that carry the brunt of the war on their shoulders.

Today "Right Sector" together with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and self-sacrificing volunteer movement have become a foundation for the formation of a new national elite and make the backbone of Ukrainian society.

Being in the crucible of war, God willing Ukrainian nation reborn ...

In our complicated, but such great time the Christmas concept understanding gives us confidence in the coming victory. We have something to strive for. We have something to fight!

My great congratulations for all Christian brothers, Merry Christmas! Let newborn Jesus bless us to new victories, sacrifice, perseverance, courage!

For all Ukrainian nation I wish to overcome the internal-occupation regime, which feeds on the blood and sweat of Ukrainians and win the victory in the Patriotic National War.

God is with us! Then who is against us?!
