NEW BURST OF LEFTISTS SEPARATISM IN SPAIN

Confrontation between left and right forces comes to its new extremum all over the Occidental world. This is an indicator of the struggle of two main tendencies in European civilization - the desire to protect the civilisation's tradition and the desire to destroy it.

Thus, Spain recently encountered new massive clashes between Spanish patriots and far-left supporters of the separation of the Catalonia region. According to local media report, the separatist rally took place in central Valencia. Pretty funny was the fact that the extreme-left radicals forgot to take the flags of Catalonia at all, instead they had been "armed" mostly with anti-fascist and ne symbolics.

At the same time, nationalists had decided to prevent the left separatists by appropriate counter-actions, which were started with burning of a fake Catalan flag, that contains a communist symbols. As a result, the action had turned into clashes. Subsequently, the detachments of law enforcement officers arrived to the place. The activest troublemakers were taken to local police department. 

Recall that the authorities of the Spanish Autonomous Region of Catalonia are planning to hold a referendum on independence on October 1. However, official Madrid is trying to prevent this. In turn, the left radical marginals, sympathetic to the Catalan separatists, are now trying to escalate the situation.

The phenomenon of Catalan separatism dates back to the interwar period of the XX cent., when Moscow's Bolshevik - using its Comintern international network - were trying to spread their regime all-over the Europe usind wide spector of methods. One of them is funding of extreme leftist separatist movements in countries of opposite political orientation - the most famous examples are the Bavarian separatists in Germany and the Catalan left separatist movement. As for today, Moskow has made some adjustments to the old strategy, but its sence remains the same. We can see it clearly in Belarus and Baltic states, as well as in projects that have already been implemented - Transnistria in Moldova, Georgian separatists of Aabchazia and Osetia regions, as well as active conflict in Ukraine.

The problem of neo-communist separatism is intimately familiar tu Ukrainian, hence, not by accident representatives of a Ukrainian community of Madrid, members of the Volya Ukrainian patriotic organisation of Spain had participated a nationalist rally, that took place in Canillejas of Madrid under the slogan "against islamic terrorism, for the territorian integrity of Spain."
