DOES THE EU COUNCIL WANTS TO WEAKEN UKRAINE'S ABILITY TO RESIST THE ENEMY?

Recently, Nils Muiznieks, a Commissioner of Human Rights of the EU Council delivered a speech, in which he called on the Ukrainian authorities to disband all a volunteer military formations, who are fighting the enemy in Donbass, but was not integrated into the Armed Forces of Ukraine of any other state enforcement structures.

First of all, with all the confidence we can say that it's not a competence of Commissioner, who deals with human rights to make a calls for changes in Ukraine's military sphere. The main reason of why the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps "Right Sector" of any other volunteer military formations, who are currently defending the fatherland was not integrated into the Ukraine's enforcement structures is there disagreement with the policy, implemented by the government, especially regarding the war in Donbass and occupied Crimean peninsula.
Secondly, against the background of Russian invasion in Ukraine it would be very appropriate to remind some countries about an obligations to Ukraine, given by their leaders on 5 December 1994 within the Budapest memorandum. Unfortunately, the promises were not fulfilled. Ukraine's nation fought and continue to fight the occupier by all posible means and all possible formations.

Andriy Stempitsky, a Commander in Chief of the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps "Right Sector" made the following comment on the Commissioner's speech: "Nils Muiznieks says us what we must to do. Everyone bother us with their recommendations and advices. Both the west and east are trying to strangle our fatherland in their "friendly embraces." Let all these "peacekeepers" will resolve the migrants problem first ..."
