TRIAL OF THE PATRIOTS IN KIROVOGRAD, THE RIGHT SECTOR BLOCKED THE COURTHOUSE

Recall, seven members of the "Right Sector" were arrested in Kirovograd when they returned from trainings in Kholodny Yar. Among those arrested are five soldiers of the Right Sector Volunteer Corps (three of them are a participants of the battles for Donetsk airport) and two girls, who are an activists of Kirovograd branch of the RS. All they were accused of attack on illegal casino with slot machines (such casinos are illegal in Ukraine according to the Criminal Code).

On December 8, before the court session the Right Sector activists came at the Kirovograd regional Court of Appeal to support the accused comrades. The fact of detainment the activists been considered as a political persecution so the nationalists have blocked the building of court and demanded to cease the persecution of the Right Sector activists.

The Right Sector report on the situation in Kirovograd at the evening of December 8:  

"Comrades came to support the Right Sector activists from Kirovograd Serhiy Rapilenko and Marta Kuziv, who were arrested with the rest of activists on charges of attack on a casino with slot machines. Let us recall that these casinos are illegal in Ukraine. It is clear that the socially-helpful activism of the activists was distorted in order to find a reason to neutralize the Right Sector branch in Kirovograd region.

The court refused to release the political prisoners on bail of Ukraine's MP Andriy Biletsky without specific arguments. This decision has caused a wave of indignation among the activists who came to support the detainees, it caused a clashes between the RS activists and police in result of which the nationalists have blocked the courthouse, then they have also blocked the road to the court." - said the report.

And the activists' actions gave its first results, at 23:20 first arrestee activist of Kirovograd's Right Sector Marta Kuziv been released from custody.

Today, November 9, the court session on two other member of Kirovograd's RS will be held. The patriots will be free!
