A SEPARATIST RALLY WAS FAILED IN ODESSA

Recently, the activists of Odessa patriotic organisations were informed about local Kremlin-backed activists' plans to hold an anti-Ukrainian rally at the Kulikovo field on March 27. As was found out later, the rally was attended by few dozens of local elderly supporters of the Soviet Union, who gladly accepted invitation to the event as well as small financial aid from the rally organizers.


The activists of Right Sector, Odessa Self Defence and other patriotic organisations of the city arrived to the Kulikovo pole shortly after the Kremlin-funded event has been started. Of course this not caused positive reaction among the separatist sabbath attendees, who immediately began to provoke the patriots.

As result nationalists were managed to localize the anti-Ukrainian meeting and forced its attendees to leave the Kulikovo field. In addition, the activists detained one of organizers of the rally.

"We will continue to oppose the spread of separatism in form of such Kremlin-funded actions. There is no place for Moscow plague in the Ukrainian Odessa -  city of maritime greatness and glory of our Motherland!" - said the activists.
